The next Board meeting will be held on Saturday June 28, 2008, at 9 AM in the Bayshore Village Clubhouse.

UPDATED ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW DOCUMENT
To specifically address installation of Seagull Abatement Devices on the exterior of Bayshore Village Units, the Artchitectural Review Committee (ARC) Procedure has been updated and will be mailed to all homeowners this week.

Due to a new Homeowner Association Agenda/Meeting law that came into effect January 1, 2008, Agendas are now required to be mailed to all members 7-10 days prior to a Board meeting.
Also another important change is that only issues printed on the Agenda may be discussed and acted upon by the Board at a Board meeting. Owners and Board members may bring up new issues and can discuss them briefly, but unless the issue is an emergency, no Board decision may be made. If you have any questions regarding this new law please contact Lynda at APM.

CABLE-TV BILLING MIX-UP -- January 26, 2007
NOTICE: Some owners are receiving bills by mistake from Charter for around $46-$48 for "Bulk-rate basic - expanded service from 1-18-07 to 2-17-07". If you call Charter Customer Service you may be told that our Bayshore Village bulk rate contract is not valid. Be assured that all is OK, and you should NOT pay these bills. Please advise Lynda Farnum at Armstrong Property Management if you receive one of these bills.
BOARD MEETING HELD -- October 7, 2006
The quarterly board meeting was held Saturday October 7. Draft Minutes have been posted. The proposed 2007 budget was presented, discussed and approved -- an average $17 per month dues increase will take effect in January 2007. Additional topics of discussion at the meeting were the new election rules and defining the BSV Consultants program.

MANAGEMENT COMPANY CHANGE - Sept 1, 2006
Effective Sept 1, 2006, the BSV Management Company will be changing to Armstrong Property Management (click here for contact details). A letter detailing the address to send dues payments has been sent to all homeowners.

INJURED HERON FOUND - June 1, 2006
An injured heron was found at BSV and transported to Pacific Wildlife Care.
It apparently had an altercation with a raccoon.

The date for the next board meeting has been changed to Saturday October 7, 2006 at 9:00 AM in the Clubhouse.
The date change was needed to allow the finance committee more time to gather additional 2006 data prior to finalizing the 2007 budget.
